We had a very enjoyable visit from some of the victorious Kilfeacle rugby team who recently won the Energia All-Ireland Junior Cup for the first time after a 28-24 win over Dromore.
It was a great honour to welcome Gavin Heuston, James Ryan, James Hogan and John Bourke with the cup and the students asked some very hard questions to the team. Even our Clanwilliam students seemed happy with the visit! The players encouraged all the children to take part in all sports and welcomed the children to come to Kilfeacle for training any time. We wish the boys all the best in their league campaign as they chase more silverware.
